Social.Lab extends its influence with 6 Ogilvy branches in Europe.
The founders of Social.Lab become shareholders and part of the Board of 6 European Ogilvy agencies.
Brussels, 2nd February 2021 - After converting their stakes in Social.Lab into shares of 6 Ogilvy agencies in central Europe, Yves Baudechon, Gilles Bindels, Cédric Van Kan and Benjamin Snyers, will accompany these agencies in their transformation and growth.
The Ogilvy agencies in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Poland will be added on top of the Belgian agency.
After the merger of Social.Lab and Ogilvy in 2016 and having successfully driven the growth of the agency in Belgium, the founders will tackle 2 markets with a high potential: France and Germany.
“The Objective? Integrate the management committees of these 5 agencies, to help their transformation and to install our entrepreneurial spirit. That’s a next step in our expansion. And it definitely won’t be the last", says Yves Baudechon.
