Les fondateurs de Social.Lab montent dans le capital et le Board de 6 agences Ogilvy européennes

Bruxelles, le 1er février 2021 - Suite à la conversion de leur participation dans Social.Lab pour une participation au capital de 6 agences Ogilvy, Yves Baudechon, Gilles Bindels, Cédric Van Kan et Benjamin Snyers accompagneront dans leur transformation et leur croissance 6 agences Ogilvy d’Europe Continentale. 

Il s’agit des agences Ogilvy en France, en Allemagne, aux Pays-Bas, en Suisse et en Pologne qui s’ajouteront à la Belgique. 

Après avoir fusionné Social.Lab et Ogilvy en 2016, et impacté avec succès la croissance de l’agence en Belgique, les fondateurs s’attaqueront à 2 marchés à fort potentiel : la France et l’Allemagne. 

 “L’objectif ? Intégrer les comités de directions de ces 5 agences pour les aider à se ransformer et [leur] insuffler notre envie d’entreprendre. C'est une étape supplémentaire dans notre expansion. Et ce n’est assurément pas la dernière", déclare Yves Baudechon.
