Ogilvy Social.Lab et le SPF Economie aident les Belges à faire des achats en ligne en toute sécurité

Ogilvy Social.Lab et le Service Public Fédéral (SPF) Economie sont ravis de relancer aujourd’hui une campagne de sensibilisation visant à promouvoir des webshops sécurisés en Belgique.

La campagne du SPF Economie vise à sensibiliser les consommateurs belges aux pratiques d'achat en ligne sécurisées et à les protéger contre les risques tels que la fraude à la vente, les webshops frauduleux et les produits contrefaits. Cette initiative fait suite à plus de 52.000 signalements de fraude et d'escroqueries reçus par le SPF Economie, avec un accent sur la sensibilisation aux webshops frauduleux, l'information des consommateurs sur le choix de webshops fiables et l'éducation sur la manière de signaler les webshops frauduleux.

Le rôle d'Ogilvy Social.Lab dans cette campagne consistait à collaborer avec le SPF Economie pour élaborer des recommandations stratégiques afin d'atteindre le public cible au bon moment et sur la bonne plateforme (planification de la communication et des médias), créer des nouveaux textes publicitaires pour des éléments créatifs existants, et à négocier et acheter des espaces publicitaires.

La campagne est lancée aujourd’hui sur diverses plateformes numériques, ciblant à la fois les acheteurs en ligne expérimentés et les novices.
