Ogilvy Social.Lab en FOD Economie helpen Belgen veilig online te shoppen

Ogilvy Social.Lab en de Federale Overheidsdienst Economie (FOD) zijn verheugd om vandaag opnieuw een sensibiliseringscampagne te lanceren om veilige webshops in België te promoten.

De FOD Economie-campagne wil Belgische consumenten sensibiliseren voor veilig online winkelen en hen beschermen tegen risico's zoals verkoopsfraude, frauduleuze webshops en namaakproducten. Dit initiatief volgt op meer dan 52.000 meldingen van fraude en zwendel ontvangen door de FOD Economie, met een focus op het verhogen van het bewustzijn van frauduleuze webshops, consumenten te informeren over het kiezen van betrouwbare webshops en hen te leren hoe frauduleuze webshops te melden.

De rol van Ogilvy Social.Lab in de campagne bestond uit het samenwerken met FOD Economie om strategische aanbevelingen te ontwikkelen om het doelpubliek op het juiste moment en op het juiste platform te bereiken (communicatie- en mediaplanning), om nieuwe reclameteksten te creëren voor bestaande creatieve elementen en om te onderhandelen over advertentieruimte en deze in te kopen.

​De campagne wordt vandaag gelanceerd op verschillende digitale platformen, gericht op zowel ervaren als beginnende online shoppers.
