Ogilvy Social.Lab celebrates two Media talents named in CommPass' '33 To Follow'
Ogilvy Social.Lab is is delighted to share that Camille Goretti and Iman Muzira-Makenga have been selected among the first-ever laureates of “33 To Follow”, a new initiative created by CommPass with Media Marketing, Pub, and MediaSpecs to highlight young professionals shaping the future of the Belgian media industry.
For this first edition, CommPass received more than 90 nominations from 38 companies across the Belgian market. From these, 33 talents aged 33 and under were chosen by an independent jury for their curiosity, drive, and growing impact on the industry.
At Ogilvy Social.Lab, Camille and Iman are valued members of our media team and represent the energy and ambition the programme aims to recognise. Their work combines smart strategy, strong analytical skills, and an instinct for innovation that consistently elevates the work we deliver for clients.
Mathieu De Moor, Regional Head of Media at Ogilvy Social.Lab, states: "Seeing Camille and Iman recognised in the very first edition of ‘33 To Follow’ is a real point of pride for us. Their talent and determination reflect the culture we foster at OSL — one where young professionals are encouraged to grow, take ownership, and shape the future of media."
Loredana Polito, Head of Media at Ogilvy Social.Lab, adds: “They bring sharp thinking, curiosity, and genuine passion to everything they do. This recognition is entirely deserved, and we’re thrilled to see them celebrated on such a visible platform.”

All laureates are presented without ranking, on an equal footing, without ranking. Camille and Iman — along with the full group of 33 emerging leaders — will be honoured at The Year Ahead event on January 26.
