Ogilvy Social.Lab appoints Jack Docherty as Head of Influence for the Netherlands and Belgium
Brussels, 19 January 2026 - Ogilvy Social.Lab (OSL) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jack Docherty as Head of Influence for the Netherlands and Belgium, effective January 2026. In this role, Jack will lead and evolve OSL’s influencer capability across both markets, working closely with teams in Amsterdam and Brussels to shape a renewed, social-first approach to influence.
Jack brings deep expertise in influencer strategy, creator ecosystems and social-led brand building, with a strong track record of working across regional and global clients. His appointment reflects OSL’s ambition to move influence beyond executional partnerships — towards a more integrated, strategic discipline rooted in culture, communities and measurable impact.
Jack will be responsible for driving a refreshed Benelux influencer offering, aligning strategy, creativity and performance across markets, and ensuring influence plays a central role within Ogilvy Social.Lab’s broader social and earned ecosystem.
Rob Hill, CEO, Ogilvy Social.Lab “Influence has become a critical growth driver for brands — but only when it’s built on strong strategy, cultural relevance and creative excellence. Jack brings exactly that mindset. His appointment is an important step in strengthening our Benelux offering and in shaping a more connected, future-ready influence capability across the region.”
Jack Docherty, Head of Influence, Netherlands & Belgium “I’m incredibly excited to step into this role and to help shape the next chapter of influence at Ogilvy Social.Lab. The opportunity to work across the Netherlands and Belgium — two culturally dynamic markets — is hugely energising. My focus will be on building influence strategies that are social-first, creator-led and genuinely effective, connecting brands with communities in ways that feel authentic, relevant and impactful.”
